The We, is not only literally in Weischer. You really can't write Weischer without the letters W, I and R. That can't be a coincidence! After all, the intensive workshops and conceptual discussions repeatedly brought to light the values of "we-feeling" and "trust", which are not only perceived as particularly important by the employees, but are also lived every day.
And that's what we let them tell us...

In order to do justice to the different characters and their professions, we gave the sometimes rather dry and technical job descriptions new titles that put the actual performance and passion on the same level. For media production, employees from all Weischer companies were then thrown together and given props that corresponded to the "new" job title - but above all were fun.
